摘　　要：目的 :观察阿托伐他汀对纯合子高胆固醇血症的长期调脂疗效及安全性。方法 :1例 16岁女性患者连续服用不同剂量阿托伐他汀 2年 ( 2 0～ 80mg/d) ,同时定期复查血脂及安全指标。 结果 :TC降低了 2 7.4% ,LDL C降低了 2 8.9% ,未见不良反应。结论 :阿托伐他汀长期治疗纯合子家族性高胆固醇血症是有效。Objectives:To assess the longterm efficacy and safety of atrovastatin in one patient with homozygote familial hypercholesterolemia.Methods:The patient was a 16 years old girl and she was continuously treated with atrovastatin in different dosage(20～80mg/d)for 2 years.Blood cholesterol and safety parameters were measured periodically.Results:The total cholesterol and low density lipidcholesterol were decreased by 27.4% and 28.9% respectively and no ADRs were observed.Conclusions:Atrovastatin is an effective,safe,and tolerable agent for long term treatment of patient with homozygote familial hypercholesterolemia.
