改良摆形矫治器与上唇挡联合远中移动上颌磨牙临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究改良摆形矫治器与上唇挡联合应用远中移动上颌磨牙的临床疗效。方法:选取18例(男11例,女7例)安氏Ⅱ类错患者,年龄9～14.6岁,用改良摆形矫治器与上唇挡联合矫治,比较治疗前后X线头影测量的变化,以SPSS 20.0进行t检验。结果:经过2.5～6个月的治疗,每侧上颌第一磨牙平均向远中移动3.86mm。结论:改良摆形矫治器与上唇挡联合应用可以更有效地推磨牙向远中。Objective To assess the efficency of the pendulum Methods 18 Class II malocclusion patients （11 females and 7 appliance and upper lip bumper for molar distalization. males） were selected as the subject,aged from 9 to 14.6 years,all the patients were treated with reformed pendulum appliance and upper lip bumper,cephalometric analysis was performed with pre- treatment and post- treatment cephalograms. Results The upper molar was distalized by 3.86mm per side after treatment from 2.5 to 6 months. Conclusion The pendulum appliance and upper lip bumper can distalize the opper molars effectively without patients＂ active cooperation.
