国产二氧化锆修复体应用于口腔修复3年回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察国产二氧化锆修复体的临床使用效果。方法:对航天中心医院口腔科2009年7月～2011年8月制作的国产二氧化锆修复体共计1343单位进行定期观察,所有修复体自粘固之日起纳入观察随访。设定修复体戴入时为基准线,记录相关数据。完成检查后及时填写表格,各项检查结果采用Wilcoxon秩和检验分析,修复体平均观察时间为18个月。结果:观察的国产二氧化锆修复体出现了桥体折裂、崩瓷、脱落、基牙牙髓炎等情况,但未发现存在显著性差异(P<0.5)。研究中未发现继发龋及牙周袋探诊深度的改变,美学评价满意。结论:通过对国产二氧化锆修复体为期3年的临床观察与研究,认为国产二氧化锆修复体可以满足临床的要求。研究中发现的一些问题需要在进一步的研究中解决。Objective To observe the clinical performance of domestic zirconia restoration for fixed dental prostheses. Methods Regular observation to the 1343 units production of domestic zirconia restoration （from July 2009 to August 2011）;AII restoration since the date of cement into observation follow-up. Set up reference line from the restoration placement.After completing check in time to fill out the form, the test results using Wilcoxon rank and test analysis, average observation time for 18 months. Results Observation of domestic zirconia restoration appeared framework fracture, chipping, decementation, abutment pulpitis, etc,but didn＇t find there exist significant difference （P〈0.5）,study did not find secondary caries and periodontal pocket depth change,aesthetic evaluation satisfaction. Conclusion Based on three years of clinical observation and research;domestic zirconia restoration can meet the clinical requirements;Study found some questions need to solve in further studies.
