摘　　要：目的总结分析118例颌下区肿块病例的临床特点,诊断和治疗方法。方法对以颌下区肿块为主诉收治入院的患者118例,从临床特点、诊断和治疗方法等方面进行回顾性分析。结果患者年龄集中在20～59岁,病种以慢性颌下腺炎占多数,肿瘤以多形性腺瘤为主。结论诊断主要依据临床检查、B超和影像学检查,肿瘤病例少数肿块采取切取活检外,其余病例均行手术切除病理切片确诊。Objective Summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment methods of 118 cases of submandibular area mass.Methods 118 cases of tumor of the submandibular area as their chief complaint of hospitalized,were analyzed retrospectively from the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment methods.Results Age of patients is concentrated in 20-59 years.Types of chronic submandibular gland inflammation in majority,tumor is mainly on pleomorphic adenoma.Conclusion Diagnosis is mainly based on clinical examination,ultrasound examination and imaging examination.Tumor mass in a few cases cut biopsy taken;the remaining patients underwent surgical excision of pathological biopsy confirmed.
