肝素联合5-氟尿嘧啶预防人工晶体植入术后后囊混浊研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨药物防治人工晶体植入术后中远期后囊混浊的防治措施。方法 :2 19例病人 ,随机分两组 ,治疗组。术前将肝素 12 5 0 0单位加入 5 0 0mlRinger液中 ,人工晶体用肝素原液浸泡 2 0分钟 ,对照组Ringer中不加任何药物 ,人工晶体也不用肝素浸泡。治疗组术后第 5天开始结膜下注射 5 Fu0 .2ml( 5mg)隔日一次 ,共 5次 ,于术后半年分别记录后囊及眼底情况。结果 :治疗组总后囊混浊率 11 3 8% ,对照组 46 0 9% ,(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :此方法安全有效 ,简便易行。Objective:?Explore the preventive measures to prevent posterior capsular turbid after intraocular lens operation by medicine.Methods:?There were 219 cases that be divided into two groups.①Treating group.Before operation,put 12500 heparin in 500 ml Ringer liquid.Then put the intraocular lens in heparin liquid for 20 minutes.②contrastive group.There is no medicine in the Ringer liquid.Intraocular lens is not put in heparin either.In the treating group,five days after operation,start conjunctive injection of 5 Fu 0.2 ml(5 mg) once a day,five times in total.Half a year after operation,conditions of posterior capsular and retinal are recorded.Results:?Treating group shew a turhid rate of 11.38%,as compared with the contrastive group's rate of 46.09%( P <0 05).Conclusion:?Intraocular lens implantation and heparin and 5 Fu can reduce remarkably posterior capsular turbid.This method is safe and effective.It is simple and practical.
