摘　　要：目的对P16INK4A蛋白在宫颈癌以及癌前病变的表达其早期诊断中的病理学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对30例宫颈浸润型的鳞状上皮癌以及29例宫颈上皮内新生物、19例宫颈浸润性腺癌、18例非肿瘤性的宫颈病变的标本进行了检测,来检测出P16INK4A蛋白表达。结果 P16INK4A蛋白的国度表达在宫颈浸润型腺癌中能够100%的表达,宫颈浸润型的鳞状上皮癌能够80%的表达,宫颈上皮内生物的病变中能够97%的表达。结论 P16INK4A蛋白的过度表达能够作为早期对宫颈癌以及癌前病变的诊断指标。Objective To evaluate the early diagnostic value of P 16INK4A in cervical malignant neoplasm and it’s precursors.Methods The immunohistochemistry method Was used to determine the impress of P16INK4A monoclonal antibody in 30 of invasive squamous cell carcinomas,29 of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）,19 of adenocardno ITIaS,and 18 of non-neoplastic cervices.Results P16INK4AWas specifically detected in 100% of adenocarcinomas,80% of squamous cell carcinoma.and 97%of CIN.Conclusion P16INK4A overexpression Was a useful marker for the early diagnosis of epithelial neoplasm and it’S precursors of cervix uteri.
