深圳市罗湖区居民对地中海贫血知识和态度的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:通过调查深圳市罗湖区居民对地中海贫血的知识、态度和行为,为预防地中海贫血提供依据。方法:在该区采用随机抽样的方法抽取2个社区的300名居民进行入户问卷调查。结果:问卷的有效率为97.7%。听说过地中海贫血的占68.6%,知晓途径居首位的是"三优大讲堂"(40.8%),其次为社区/医院医生(26.9%)。男女性在"听说过地中海贫血"和"地中海贫血是遗传病"的知晓率有统计学差异(P<0.01)。对于地贫的态度和行为方面,大多数人都做出了正确的选择。已婚者的行为正确率高于未婚者,并在"自觉参加(做过)婚前和产前检查"和"产前检查确定是重型地贫儿,会选择进行人流或引产"的行为上有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:应加强地中海贫血预防的宣传,建立社会救助体系,全社会给予地贫患儿更多的关爱。Objective：To investigate the knowledge,attitude and behavior of thalassemia of urban residents in a district of Shenzhen to provide the basis for preventing the thalassemia.Methods：300 residents were investigated,randomly selected from two communities and took a questionnaire for thalassemia.Results：97.7% of the questionnaires were effective.68.6% of the residents heard of thalassemia,with 40.8% heard from ＂Three Excellent Auditorium＂and 26.9% from doctors in community or hosipital.There were statistical differences between male and female in ＂Were you told of the thalassemia＂ and ＂ The thalassemia was a hereditary disease＂（P0.01）.Most residents made right choices for the attitudes and behavior of thalassemia.The rate of right attitudes and behavior of the married were higher than that of the unmarried.There were statistical differences between the married and the unmarried in ＂Did/Have you take/taken premarital and prenatal examination consciously＂ and ＂Would you take abortion or labor induction if the fetal was heavy thalassemia patient through prenatal examination＂（P0.05）.Conclusion：It is important to strengthen the publication of thalassemia and establish the social assistance system.The thalassemia patients should be offered more concern from society at large.
