摘 要:为了抑制微型滤波器中的高次谐波,该文运用多层耦合带状线谐振器和交叉耦合传输零点原理,在改进的三维梳状带通滤波器结构中引入交叉耦合,增强非相邻谐振级间的交叉耦合;在二、四谐振级间引入Z字型导体层,通过调节Z字型导体层来控制传输零点位置;同时适当调节加载电容大小,从而有效减小了滤波器体积,实现了高次谐波抑制。利用低温共烧陶瓷技术设计了中心频率为1.3 GHz、带宽为200 MHz的微型带通滤波器。实验和仿真结果表明,该滤波器的通带插入损耗小于2.0 dB,三次和四次谐波抑制高于45 dB,尺寸仅为4.8 mm×4.2 mm×1.5 mm。To suppress the high-order harmonic in miniaturization filters, using the multi-layer coupling strip line resonator and the principle of cross-coupling transmission zeros, the cross-coupling is introduced in an improved passband filter with three-dimensional comb line structure for enhancing the non-adjacent resonant interstage coupling. The Z font conductor layer is added between the second and fourth resonant stages to control transmission zero position. By adjusting the load capacitance properly, the filter size is reduced and the high-order harmonic is suppressed. Based on the low temperature co-fired ceramic technology, a miniaturized band-pass filter with 1.3 GHz centre frequency and 200 MHz bandwidth is designed and fabricated. The simulation and test results show that the inserted loss of the filter is less than 2.0 dB in the passband, the third-order and fourth-order harmonics suppression is more than 45 dB,and the filter size is only 4.8 mm×4.2 mm×1. 5 mm.
