摘  要:采用造纸法对烟梗制烟草薄片纸基进行了实验研究,探讨了浸渍对烟梗中几种化学组分含量变化的影响,研究了打浆对烟梗纤维形态和纸浆物理性能的影响。结果表明,浸渍提取之后烟梗中水溶性糖、总植物碱、氯和总氮含量都有不同程度的下降,综纤维素质量分数相对提高了12.4%。烟梗浆打浆度从10度增加到48度,烟梗浆的纤维长度从1.62 mm下降至0.36 mm,细小纤维从6.90%上升到37.17%;抗张指数先由13.39 N.m/g上升到33.20 N.m/g后再下降到30.94 N.m/g,撕裂指数从1.54 mN.m2/g下降至0.88 mN.m2/g,松厚度从2.08 cm3/g下降到1.43 cm3/g,透气度从59.58μm/(Pa.s)下降到0.03μm/(Pa.s),耐破指数从0.88 kPa.m2/g上升至1.63 kPa.m2/g。Reconstituted tobacco sheet made from tobacco stem was prepared by a paper-making method. Effect of extraction on variation of several chemical components in tobacco, and influence of pulping on the morphology and physical properties of tobacco stem pulp fiber were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the contents of water soluble sugars, total alkaloid, chloride and total nitrogen in tobacco stem decreased after extraction. The mass fraction of holocellulose was relative increased 12.4 %. With the increasing of beating degree of tobacco stem pulp from 10 degree to 48 degree, fiber lengths of the tobacco stem pulp de- creased from 1.62 mm to 0.36 mm, and the contents of the fines increased from 6.90 % to 37.17 % ; tensile index firstly in- creased from 13.39 N· m/g to 33.20 N· m/g and then decreased to 30.94 N· m/g; tear index decreased from 1.54 mN· m2/g to 0.88 mN-m2/g, bulk decreased from 2.08 cm3/g to 1.43 cm3/g; air permeability decreased from 59.55 μm/(Pa-s) to 0. 03 μm/(Pa· s) ; burst index increased from 0.88 kPa· m2/g to 1.63 kPa· m2/g.
