摘  要:目的:研究乳腺癌组织中E2F-1、Skp2的表达及其与临床病理指标和预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法,检测56例乳腺癌组织、30例癌旁正常乳腺组织石蜡切片中E2F-1和Skp2的表达,并分析与临床病理学指标之间的关系。结果:56例乳腺癌组织中E2F-1、Skp2的表达率分别为60.71%和51.79%。E2F-1和Skp2的表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、临床TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与原发肿瘤大小、患者年龄、病理类型无关(P>0.05)。在乳腺浸润性导管癌中E2F-1与SKP2表达水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:E2F-1、SKP2高表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展及浸润转移有关,可作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。Objective:To investigate the expression of E2F-1,Skp2 in human breast cancer tissue,study their relationship with clinicopathological factor and the correlation with each other.Methods:The expression of E2F-1,Skp2 in 56 cases of breast carcinoma and 30 cases of adjacent nontumor normal breast tissue was detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Results:The postitive expression of E2F-1,Skp2 in 56 cases of breast carcinoma were 60.71% and 51.79% respectively.The overexpression of E2F-1 and Skp2 in breast carcinoma had no relationship with the size of primary tumor,age and pathological type,but had relationship with histological classification,clinical TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).E2F-1,Skp2 showed significant direct correlation with each other in invasive ductal carcinoma.Conclusion:The overexpression of E2F-1,SKP2 may play important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of breast carcinoma.They may be as the indications of biological behavior and prognosis of breast carcinoma.
