彩色多普勒超声和全数字化乳腺摄影对乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)和全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM)对乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析112例病理证实为IDC患者的CDFI、FFDM影像学资料,分析其IDC检出率。结果 CDFI联合FFDM诊断IDC的检出率为93.8%(105/112),明显高于单独应用CDFI的82.1%(92/112)或单独应用FFDM的80.4%(90/112)(P<0.01)。结论 CDFI和FFDM联合应用可提高诊断IDC的检出率。Objective To investigate the role of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） and full-field digital mamrnography（FFDM） in the diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma（IDC）. Methods The image data of 112 pathology-comfirmed IDC cases were retrospectively analyzed, whom underwent both CDFI and FFDM. Results The diagnosis rate of IDC by combined use of CDFI and FFDM was 93.8%（105/112） ,which was significantly higher than 82.1%（92/112） by CDFI or 80. 4%（90/112） by FFDM（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The combined use of CDFI and FFDM may improve the sensitivity in the diagnosis of IDC.
