摘 要:目的探讨中国汉族人群中乳腺癌易感基因相关蛋白(BRAP)rs3782886A>G基因多态性与食管癌发生风险的关系。方法采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOFMS)技术分析380例食管癌(食管癌组)和380例非肿瘤组(对照组)BRAP rs3782886A>G基因多态性,计算各种基因型的食管癌发生风险。结果 Logistic回归分析显示,与携带BRAP rs3782886AA+AG基因型的群体相比较,携带BRAP rs3782886GG等位基因型群体的食管癌发病风险略有降低(OR=0.53,95%CI=0.26-1.09)。结论 BRAP rs3782886A>G基因多态性与食管癌的发病风险无明显相关。Objective To investigate the relationship of BRAP rs3782886 A〉G polymorphism and susceptibility to esophageal cancer in Chinese Han population. Methods Genotypes were determined by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of flight mass spectrometry(MAI.Dl TOF MS) method in 380 esophageal cancer cases(group E) and 380 controls without cancers(group C). The risk factors for esophageal cancer were calculated. Results I.ogistic regression analysis revealed that the risk factor for developing esophageal cancer was slightly decreased in the people carrying BRAP rs3782886 C,G genotype compared to those carrying BRAP rs3782886 A〉G variam genotype(OR=0.53,95% CI=0. 26-1. 09). Conclusion BRAP rs3782886 A〉G polymorphism has no significant association with susceptibility to esophageal cancer.
