新疆和田地区白内障患者手术后视功能和生存质量的调查研究

摘　　要：目的评价超声乳化手术植入蓝光过滤型人工晶状体术后患者的视力、视功能（visual function，VF）和生存质量（quality of live，QOL）。方法随访189例（209只眼）白内障患者，采用超声乳化术并植入蓝光过滤型人工晶状体，观察术后3天、1个月、3个月患者的日常生活视力。用赵家良等的视力分级标准进行日常生活视力检查分级，同时由调查员采用美国眼科研究所开发的VF和QOL调查表进行现场问卷调查。结果两组术后3天、1个月、3个月生活视力差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术后3天、1个月、3个月VF及QOL评分除术后1个月视觉适应对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），其余结果差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论蓝光滤过型人工晶状体与非蓝光滤过型人工晶状体均能提供术后良好的中心视力。术后早期，前者较后者对患者而言有更好的感觉适应和视功能。Objective To evaluate the visual status, visual function and quality of life （VF/ QOL） in the patient with cataract treated by phacoemulsification and received IOL which designed to filter blue light implant. Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients （209 eyes） with cataract were examined from 3 days to 3 months postoperatively. The living visual acuity was graded by the standard of Zhao＇s Grading. Questionnaires by 1 trained interviewer were administered in patients that were treated by cataract phacoemulsification. Results The living visual acuity had no statistically significant between two groups （P 〉0.05）. The VF and QOL scores just in vision adaptation showed significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Both IOL with or without blue light filter provide good postoperatively central visual acuity. In the early postoperative time, IOL with blue light filter implant can offer better vision adaptation and visual fuhction.
