摘　　要：高校后勤现场管理是高校管理中的重要部分,7S管理是探索高校后勤创新现场管理的行之有效的方式,文章主要从高校后勤开展7S管理的必要性、内容、要领、规划、培训、示范、推进方法、监督考核、长效管理、规范运行等方面,阐述如何有效开展高校后勤7S现场管理工作。College logistics field management is an important part of university management, and 7S management is the effective way to explore college rear-service innovation site management. This article presents how to effectively develop college rear-service 7S on-site management work mainly from the necessity, content and essentials, planning, training, demonstration, promotion method, supervision and examination, long-term management, standard operation of developing 7S management.
