摘　　要：本文讨论了医学院校数学教学改革的必要性,并结合流行病随机模型理论,详细展示了现代医学科研新模式下的医学数学课堂教学过程,对实验结果进行了分析。同时,明确了新形势下医学院校数学教师的教学任务。The paper discusses the need for reforming of the medical colleges＂ mathe-matics teaching, and combines with the theory of epidemic disease stochastic model, showing medical mathematics classroom teaching process in detail under a new mode of modern medical research, analysis of the experimental results. At the same time, it is clear the teaching task of medical colleges＇ math teachers under the new situation.
