关于完善综合性医院口腔科实习教学体系的思考

摘　　要：临床实习是培养合格医学生的关键时期,是医学生们将书本所学理论付诸于实践和培养良好临床思维的重要阶段,同时是对医学生进行综合训练的重要环节,而高水平的临床教学质量则是医学生在临床实习过程中发生蜕变的保证。临床实习教学体系是理论学习体系的延伸,两者相辅相成、互相包容、相互渗透,所以实习教学应该像理论课一样,对其制订完整的实习教学计划和大纲。目前综合性医院口腔科实习教学过程中的"教"与"学"仍存在诸多问题,严重滞缓了口腔科实习生向合格临床医生转变的过程,因此进一步思考完善综合性医院中口腔科临床实习教学体系至关重要。The process of clinical practice is an important stage to cultivate a qualified medical student, and it is also a important period in which the theories of learned from university apply to practice and the medical student develop good clinical thinking, meanwhile it is an important part of combined training of medical student, but a high level of clinical teaching quality is the guarantee that medical students happen to undergo transformation in the process of clinical practice. Clinical practice teaching system is a extension of theoretical study system, and they are supplement each other and permeate each other, therefore teaching plan and syllabus of clinical practice should be established as well as classroom teaching. There are still many problems in the process of ＂teaching＂ and ＂learning＂ of dental internship teaching in the general hospital, these problems stagnate seriously the process of the medical students to be qualified clinicians. So it is essential to further reflection for improving dental clinical practice teaching system in general hospital.
