中药“扶正祛积汤”联合GP方案化疗治疗进展期NSCLC近期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药"扶正祛积汤"联合GP(吉西他滨联合顺铂)方案化疗治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌的近期临床疗效、不良反应和对患者生活质量、免疫功能的影响,为中药"扶正祛积汤"的临床应用提供依据。方法:将65例进展期NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组(中药"扶正祛积汤"联合化疗组,34例)和对照组(化疗组,31例),研究两组近期疗效、不良反应、生活质量和免疫功能变化。结果:相比对照组,治疗组疾病控制率更高,在WBC、HB、PLT骨髓抑制和便秘方面均较小,卡氏评分和体重稳定增加率均更高(P<0.05)。相比治疗前,治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和NK有不同程度提高(P<0.05)。结论:中药"扶正祛积汤"联合GP方案化疗治疗进展期NSCLC,可以提高疗效、减轻化疗不良反应、改善生活质量和提高免疫功能,值的进一步研究。Objective：To observe the short -time curative effect, side effects and the influence on quality of life （QOL） and immune function of Fuzheng Quji Decoction combined with chemotherapy of GP regimen on treating patients with ad-vanced non- small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods：65 patients with advanced NSCLC were divided randomly into treatment group（ group of Fuzheng Quji Decoction combined with chemotherapy,n = 34）and contral group（ chemotherapy only, n = 31 ）. The short -time effect,side effects and the influence on QOL and immune function between the two groups ! were explored. Results：In comparison with control group, the disease contral rate（DCR） and rates of stability and increase on Karnofsky Performance Status（KPS） and weight of treatment group were all higher and its side effects on bone marrow depression and constipation were both less （P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of CD3 ＋, CD4 ＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio and activity of natural killer（NK） cells were all increased to different degrees in treatment group after therapy （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Fuzheng Quji Decoction combined with chemotherapy can improve the curative effect, QOL and immune function and lessen side effects of chemotherapy and it is deserved to be further explored.
