摘  要:目的:探讨加味升陷汤对脑分水岭梗塞的疗效。方法:随机将76例分水岭脑梗塞患者分为加味升陷汤治疗组和常规治疗对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上合用加味升陷汤口服。结果:治疗后加味升陷汤治疗组有效率为86.8%,常规治疗组有效率为71.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加味升陷汤治疗组NIHSS评分第7、14、30天较治疗前显著降低,与常规治疗对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后加味升陷汤治疗组的血液流变学指标较常规对照组明显改善,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味升陷汤结合常规西药治疗脑分水岭梗塞对其生存和预后有较好的作用。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Shengxian Decoction for cerebral watershed infarc- tion. Methods :Totally 76 patients with cerebral watershed infarction were randomized into a treatment group (38 cases) which was prescribed Modified Shengxian Decoction and a control group( 38 cases)which was given conventional therapy. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.8 %, while that of the control group was 71.0%, there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05 )between two groups. After treatment, NIHSS score in the treatment group was significant- ly degraded( P 〈 0.05 ). The hemorheology index in the treatment group was significantly improved more than those in the control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Modified Shengxian Decoction is effective for cerebral watershed infarction.
