摘　　要：论述了在当前信息化高度发达,文献多样态、知识信息获取多方式的现代图书馆中,图书馆员作为图书馆核心要素,隐性知识对图书馆员的具有重大的价值和意义。培育和提升馆员的隐性知识水平对图书馆工作的重要性日趋显现,成为推动图书馆发展的关键要素之一。This paper discusses the current information is highly developed and various state,knowledge literature information acquisition of many modern library and librarians as the core elements,tacit knowledge to the librarians has the significant value and significance.To cultivate and promote the librarian recessive knowledge level on the importance of library work is revealed,and become the impetus of the development of the library is one of the key elements.
