摘  要:为了适应食用菌工厂化生产要求,提高作业效率和菌种接种质量,设计了一种液体菌种自动接种机;概述了机器总体结构特点和工作原理;对压瓶、启盖及压盖机构、接种管路、驱动系统和整机控制系统进行了设计研究。接种作业试验表明,机器设计结构合理,可连续完成自动运输、定位、启盖、压脚和喷射接种等多道工序作业,接种生产率高达7000甁/h,最大相对接种量误差小于12%,且接种量可调,菌丝萌发快,均匀一致性好,满足食用菌工厂化生产自动、高效和高质量接种的工作要求。In order to meet the industrial production requirements of edible fungus,improve operation efficiency and strain inoculating quality an automatic liquid edible fungus inoculating machine was designed,its overall structure and working principle were introduced,bottle-pressing,cover-opening and cover-pushing mechanism,inoculating pipeline and its driving system,controlling system of the machine were designed.The results of inoculating performance test show that the structural design of the machine is reasonable,the machine can continually completes multi-process operation of automatic transportation,locating,cover-opening,feet-pushing,spraying,and so on,and the inoculating efficiency up to 7000 bottles per hour,the maximum relative inoculating error less than 12%,inoculating volume is adjustable,mycelium germination fast and uniform consistency excellent.In short,the machine is suitable for automatic inoculating requirement with high efficiency and quality in the industrial edible fungus production.
