真空高负压引流瓶在乳腺癌术中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价真空高负压引流瓶在乳腺癌术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2011年12月间收治的217例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,按照使用和未使用真空高负压引流瓶分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组108例,对照组109例,观察引流效果。结果试验组皮瓣积液7例(6.48%),对照组皮瓣积液21例(19.27%),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在乳腺癌手术中使用高负压引流瓶可显著降低皮瓣积液的发生,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum high negative pressure drainage in breast cance r surgery. Methods In 217 cases of breast cancer paticents from 2003.1 to 2011.12 cured in our hospital, 78 cases of test group using vacuum high negative pressure drainage and the other 139 cases of control group not using. The draining quantity was measured everyday. Results The subcutaneous exudation was found in 7 cases （6.48%） in test group, and the subcutaneous exudation was fotmd in 21 cases （19.27%） in control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Vacuum high negative pressure drainage in breast cancer surgery can decrease subcutaneous exudation obviously. It is worthy to spread.
