谈网络交流模式下教学管理具有的新特点

摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,网络信息时代人与人之间的交流方式也一直在发生着变化。这种变化同样改变了教学管理方式。本文介绍总结了在网络时代背景下,教学管理具有的新特点,总结了网络交流模式的教学管理过程,分析其优缺点,面临的挑战及应对策略。With the development of science and technology, the network information age brings the change of communication of people. This change also changes the way of teaching management. This paper introduces the new characteristics of teaching management under the Internet communication background. We summarize the network communication model of teaching management process, and analyze its advantages and disadvantages. At last, we give the challenge and the coping strategies.
