商丘市高校学生生殖健康现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解商丘市大学生生殖健康现状,为大学生生殖健康教育及服务决策提供借鉴。方法采用自编问卷的方法对商丘市4所4 000名在校大学生进行生殖健康状况调查。结果收回有效问卷3 457份。商丘市大学生主要通过网络(54.8%)、科普读物(48.8%)及报刊杂志(43.9%)获取生殖健康知识,接受过正规性知识教育的不足12.9%。有91.2%的在校生认为在大学开展生殖健康教育是非常必要的,反对婚前性行为的大学生占31.4%。有9.0%的大学生表示曾有过性行为;虽多数大学生知晓避孕措施,但仅38.2%知道安全套的使用时机;81.7%的大学生知晓AIDS的传播途径。结论家庭、学校和社会各界需联合起来,共同促进大学生生殖健康及性病知识教育的系统化、全面化,并对大学生生殖健康观念、态度和行为进行积极引导。Objective To explore the reproductive health status,and to provide a reference for reproductive health education and service among college students.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 4 000 college students to assess reproductive health status.A total of 3 457 questionnaires were valid.Results Most students＇ knowledge about reproductive health came from network（54.8%）,popular science reading materials（48.8%） and newspaper or magazine（43.9%）,and only 12.9% came from formal sex education;91.2% students indicated that it was necessary for colleges to carry out reproductive health education;31.4% held the negative attitudes to premarital sexual behavior;9.0% students had premarital sex;Most students knew emergency contraception measures,but only 38.2% students knew how to and when to use condoms;81.7% students knew the transmission path of AIDS.Conclusion In order to improve the health of university students,family,school and society should unite together to improve the systematic and complete education of reproductive health and STD knowledge and actively guide the knowledge,attitude,behavior of reproductive health of university students.
