高新技术企业R&D投入的价值相关性研究——基于创业板上市公司的数据

摘　　要：本文以创业板上市的高新技术企业2010年年报为研究对象,借助修正的价格模型,对创业板高新技术企业R&D投入的价值相关性进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,我国创业板高新技术企业的R&D投入与股价之间存在显著的正相关关系,即高新技术企业R&D投入具有较强的价值相关性。但是,通过研究还发现创业板高新技术企业研发投入水平不高,存在研发投入不足的问题。Taking the annual report of 2010 of the high-and-new technological enterprises which are listed in stock market through GEM as the research objects , this article makes a demonstration analysis of the value correlation of R＆D investment based on the modified price model. The result shows that, there is an obvious positive correlation relationship between the enterprises＇ R＆D investment and the share prices, that is, the R＆D investment of the enterprises has great value correlation. The research also shows that, the level of the enterprises＇ R＆D is lower because of the insufficient investment.
