摘　　要：目的:研究在喉鳞癌及癌旁不同距离组织中MTA-2的mRNA表达水平及其临床意义。方法:应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法,检测喉鳞癌、癌旁2mm、5mm、10mm组织中的MTA-2mRNA表达水平。结果:MTA-2mRNA在喉鳞癌→癌旁2mm→癌旁5mm→癌旁10mm的表达水平呈递减趋势,表达存在明显的差异性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:喉鳞癌组织中MTA-2mRNA处于高表达水平,在癌旁切缘组织中表达程度不同,从而为临床以分子水平来指导喉鳞癌手术的分子切缘定界提供有价值的基础资料。Objective： To study MTA--2 mRNA expression level of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues in different distances and their clinical significance. Methods： using retrovirus polymerase chain reaction （RT--PCR） method, to inspect the MTA-2 mRNA expression levels of throat squamous cell carcino- ma, and the tissues adjacent to the cancer with the distances of 2mm, 5mm, 10mm. Results： The expression levels of MTA--2 mRNA shows a declining trend from the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma to the adjacent tissues with the distance of 2 mm until 10 mm. There exists a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, with a statistic significance. Conclusion ： The MTA-- 2 mRNA in throat squamous cell carcinoma tissues shows a high expres- sion level, with varying degrees of expressions in other tissues adjacent to the cancer, so as to guide the molecu- lar cutting edge surgery for throat squamous cell carcinoma, and provide valuable basic reference.
