摘　　要：针对我国东西部地区中小学图书馆资源配置差距的现状,分析其存在的问题,提出应采取制定有效发展规划、建立良好体制、搭建信息资源共享平台等措施,推进我国西部中小学图书馆与西部地区基础教育的发展,实现教育公平。In allusion to the library distribution of resource disparities between the eastern and the western in China, the authors ana-lyze the problems, put forward that we should formulate the library development plan, form the advanced management system, establish the information resources sharing platform, in order to propel the western libraries development to achieve the justice in education.
