关于二级医院科研型党组织建设的思考

摘　　要：当今时代,科学技术已经成为第一生产力。医院只有依靠科学技术,才能实现战略性、全局性和长期性的发展。构建医院科研型党组织是贯彻科学发展的重要体现,是履行为民服务宗旨的有效途径,也是开展创先争优活动的内在要求。二级医院的科研发展面临科研人力资源紧缺、科研物质基础薄弱、人员科研意识偏差等困境,构建二级医院科研型党组织为解决二级医院的科研困境提供了一条组织思路。In the present era,science and technology has become the first productivity.Hospital only rely on science and technology can be obtained the strategic,overall and long-term development.Construction of hospital scientific research type party organization is the important reflect to implement scientific progress,the effective way to fulfill the aim of serving the people and is also a good activities requirement.Second-class hospital scientific development has some dilemma such as shortage of scientific research human resources,instability of research material and scientific research consciousness deviation.Constructing Second-class hospital scientific research type Party organization offer a organize thought to solve the predicament.
