摘 要:目的探讨FITC-CSNRDARRC分子探针靶向标记与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级的相关性。方法采用荧光免疫技术,使用FITC-CSNRDARRC分子探针标记68例膀胱移行细胞癌组织,激光扫描共聚焦显微镜定量检测。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级膀胱移行细胞癌组织均可见荧光表达,荧光值与肿瘤级别呈正相关(rs=0.942,P<0.01),三组差异有统计学意义(P<0.017);行各组间两两比较显示,Ⅰ级膀胱癌组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ级膀胱癌组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),Ⅱ级膀胱癌组与Ⅲ级膀胱癌组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FITC-CSNRDARRC分子探针靶向标记与膀胱移形细胞癌病理分级呈正相关,能够区分不同病理级别的膀胱癌。Objective To investigate the correlation between FITC-CSNRDARRC molecular probe targeted marker and classification of bladder transitional cell cancer.Methods Fluorescence immunoassay technique was adopted.FITCCSNRDARRC molecular probe was used to mark 68 cases of bladder transitional cell cancer tissue.Laser scanning confocal microscope was used for quantitative measurement.Results Fluorescence was observed in all grades Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ bladder transitional cell cancer tissues and the fluorescence value was positively correlated to the cancer degree(r s=0.942, P0.01),with statistically significant difference among the three groups(P0.017).Then pairwise comparisons were carried out,the grade Ⅰ bladder cancer group had significantly different with the grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ bladder cancer groups(P0.05),and the grade Ⅱ bladder cancer group had significantly different with the grade Ⅲ bladder cancer group(P0.05). Conclusion FITC-CSNRDARRC molecular probe targeted marker,which is positively correlated to the classification of bladder transitional cell cancer,can distinguish different pathological grades of bladder cancer.
