溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗依从性影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎(ilcerative colitis,UC)药物治疗依从性的影响因素。方法回顾性分析南通大学附属医院分院消化内科2002年6月～2011年12月收集的120例UC患者的临床资料,进行药物治疗依从性评判,比较依从性差及依从性佳两组患者在患者、疾病、治疗等变量上的差异,进行多元回归分析。结果 120例患者中,依从性佳占41.67%;依从性差占58.33%,单因素检验12个变量是影响UC治疗依从性的相关因素,Logistic回归分析,筛选出独立危险因素,按OR值的大小,依次为年龄≥60岁、疾病知识缺乏、存在药物不良反应、自费支付医疗费用。结论 UC药物治疗依从性影响因素较多,应针对上述因素实施相应的对策以提高药物治疗依从性。Objective To explore the influencing factors of medication compliance of ulcerative colitis.Methods Clinical data of 120 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis from June 2002 to December 2011 in Department of Gastroenterology, the Branch of Affiliated Hospital,Nantong University was retrospectively analyzed,and the drug therapy compliance was assessed,the differences in such variables as patients,diseases,treatment etc between the group with good compliance and the group with poor compliance were compared by means of multiple regression analysis.Results Among the 120 cases, 41.67% was of better adherence,58.33% was of poor adherence.Single factor analysis showed that 12 variables were factors affecting the drug therapy compliance,then by Logistic regression analysis,independent risk factors were screened out, which in turn,according to the OR values,were ages（≥60）,lack of knowledge about diseases,presence of adverse drug reactions and payment of medical fees at their own expenses.Conclusion A variety of factors are believed to influence the medication compliance in UC treatment,and therefore strategies should be made to aim directly at bringing about improvement of the compliance.
