摘 要:为满足社会实践和人终身发展的需求,应当着眼于怎样的能力培养,依据什么来设计能力框架,特别是如何培养学生的解决问题和实践能力,如何对学生通过学习获得的发展做出恰当的评价,这些始终是人们关心但又一直没有解决好的问题。近十余年来一些国家、地区的文献和研究成果表明,以解决问题为核心的应用和实践能力的培养已受到高度重视,并形成了指向应用学习和实践学习的能力框架,其内涵不同于学科能力,具有综合性、可迁移性和普适特点;指向学习过程和社会关系的态度也被划进"能力"范畴;对应用和实践能力的评价标准是类别的而非等级的;评价方式是对"能力表现"的描述和观察而非纸笔测试;评价的重点在价值判断而非划分等级。这些为我国深化课程改革,切实落实"能力为重"的目标,探索应用和实践能力的内涵、结构,以及培养途径和开展评价的方法,提供了重要参考。In order to meet social practice and people lifelong development needs, should focus on what kind of ability train- ing, according to what to design capability framework. Especially how to cultivate students'problem solving and practice ability, how to study for students to the development of appropriate evaluation. These are the problems that people always concerned but has been no solved. In the recent decade, some countries of literature and research results show that, in order to solve the prob- lem is the core of the application and the cultivation of practice ability has been attached much importance. And formed the point to application study and practice learning ability framework, its connotation administered different ability, has the comprehensive mobility and universal characteristics. Pointing to the learning process and social relationship attitude was also cross into ability category; For application and practice ability evaluation standard is category rather than level; Evaluation way is to the descrip- tion of the performance ability and observation rather than paper tests; The focus of the evaluation on the value judgment rather than grade. These provided important reference to deepen curriculum reform for our country, earnestly implement ability as tar- get, explore the connotation of the application and practice ability structure, as well as the way to cultivate and carry out evaluation method.
