摘　　要：文物信息资源开发利用能力的提升不仅能有效减少文物利用过程中的损毁现象,而且文物的展示方式和手段也能从根本上得到改进。当前,构成文物信息资源开发的各个要素之间还没有在市场需求导向下形成有机联系的链条。基于此,文章在阐述文物信息资源建设学术意义与社会意义的基础上,探讨了其开发利用中突出的产业链结构失调问题。同时,结合传统文献分类法和网络信息分类法的优劣势,对我国文物信息资源的朝代、质地、品类等分类标准进行了探讨。在此基础上,总结了文物信息资源价值转化性、可传播性、可增长性及效益公益性等基本特性,并对文物信息资源开发利用的政策机制、运作机制及市场资源配置机制等作了分析。Advancing for ability of utilizing cultural relics information resources not only can effectively reduce damage in the process of using cultural relics, but can improve the way and the method of displaying cultural relics. In present, most elements on utilizing cultural relic information resources haven＇t formed organic connection chain which is oriented by market demand. Based on this, the paper describes the academic significance and social significance of cultural relics information resources construction, and discusses outstanding industrial chain structure imbalance when develop and utilize them. Meanwhile, combining the advantages and disadvantages of traditional literature classification and network information classification of cultural relic＇s information resources, the paper discusses standard of classification of cultural relic information resources such as dynasty, quality of a material and category. At last, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of cultural relic＇s information resources, such as the conversion, the transmissible, the growth, and public welfare benefit, and analyzes the policy system, operation mechanism, and market resource distribution mechanism of cultural relic information resources development and utilization.
