摘 要:提出采用集中式模型预测控制(CMPC)代替传统PI环节构建互联电网新型AGC系统。该控制系统计及发电机功率变化率约束条件,以互联电网动态模型的状态方程作为CMPC的预测模型,调速器调节量作为输入,并将负荷变化量作为输入扰动量,各区域频率变化、联络线交换功率变化量及各区域控制偏差(ACE)作为预测输出量。在Matlab/Simulink中针对两区域互联电网AGC系统建立以联络线功率频率偏差为控制目标的CMPC控制系统,仿真对比结果证明采用该方法的AGC系统的动态响应控制性能得到显著改善,并且该系统具有更强的鲁棒性。This paper proposes to use centralized model predictive control (CMPC) instead of the traditional PI control, to build the new AGC system for interconnected power system. With consideration of the constraint of power change rate of generators, the control system uses the dynamic state equation of interconnected power system for prediction model of CMPC, and takes the variation of governor as the input and the load variation as disturbance inputs. And the frequency variation of regions, tie-line exchange power and the area control error (ACE) are taken as predictive outputs. In Matlab/Simulink simulation platform, a CMPC controller, which sets tie line bias frequency control as control objectives, is designed for the AGC of an interconnected power system The results prove that the AGC system which uses the proposed method performs better in dynamic response and has more excellent robustness.
