摘　　要：领导在团队中,分析冲突情境,协调冲突,激发建设性冲突,有效转化和减少破坏性冲突。通过团队领导主动制造冲突并使冲突升级达到需要的强度,最终将团队中出现的任务冲突、过程冲突和关系冲突控制在合理的水平内,达到冲突的最佳状态。In a team with high performance, the group leader is very important. In the team, the leader should analyzes, coordinates stimulates constructively, effectively transforms and reduces the destructive conflict. Through the team leader g active role in the conflict, the leader will control the mission, process and relation conflict within a reasonable level e- ventually, which makes the conflict achieve the optimum state.
