中药合用不同浓度蛋白质对营养不良模型大鼠呼吸肌的影响

摘　　要：目的观察健脾补肾中药合用不同浓度蛋白质对营养不良(ND)动物呼吸肌的治疗作用。方法通过限量饲喂复制营养不良大鼠模型,模型大鼠被分为高蛋白(HP)组、低蛋白(LP)组、中药加高蛋白(HC)组和中药加低蛋白(LC)组,观察动物膈肌最大颤搐收缩力(Pt)、最大强直性收缩力(Po)、快颤搐(FT)纤维、慢颤搐(ST)纤维及膈肌超微结构等变化。结果 ND组大鼠体质量、膈重显著下降;各治疗组动物膈重、Pt、Po、FT纤维、ST纤维等指标不同程度改善。尤其是中药对膈重,Pt、FT纤维、ST纤维恢复作用显著(P<0.05),并与蛋白质有显著协同治疗作用(P<0.05)。HC组动物的膈肌超微结构改变最明显。结论中药合用不同浓度蛋白质对动物营养不良呼吸肌具有明显治疗作用。【Objective】 To observe the effects of Chinese herbal drugs plus different doses of protein on respiratory muscles of malnourished rats.【Methods】 Malnutrition in the rats was caused by restricted feeding,and the model rats were divided into the high-protein group,low-protein group,Chinese herbal drugs plus high-protein group,and Chinese herbal drugs plus low-protein group.The effects of Chinese herbal drugs were evaluated by determining diaphragmatic twitch tension（Pt）,tetanic tension（Po）,quantitatively analyzing fast twitch fiber（FT） and slow twitch fiber（ST）,and observing ultrastructural changes in diaphragm.【Results】 The malnourished rats lost a significant amount of body weight and diaphragmatic weight.After treatment,the rats in all the treatment groups have put on their diaphragmatic weight,and have improved to varying degrees in the twitch tension（Pt）,tetanic tension（Po）,fast twitch fiber（FT）,and slow twitch fiber（ST）.The groups with Chinese herbal drugs were significantly superior in these effects to the groups without Chinese herbal drugs（P 0.05）,and Chinese herbal drugs could act in synergy with protein.The improvement effect of Chinese herbal drugs plus high-protein group on diaphragmatic ultra-structure was the most remarkable among all the treatment groups.【Conclusion】 Chinese herbal drugs plus different doses of protein can exert a prominent therapeutic effect on the malnourished respiratory muscles in the rats.
