摘 要:目的探讨吸烟对大鼠脑组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将48只Wister大白鼠随机分成3组,不吸烟组(A组),被动吸烟1个月组(B组)以及被动吸烟2个月组(C组)。通过免疫组织化学方法对比观察各组大鼠脑组织TNF-α的表达情况。结果不吸烟组大鼠TNF-α阳性率为6.25%,被动吸烟1月组大鼠阳性率为56.25%,被动吸烟2月组阳性率为81.25%,随着吸烟时间延长,TNF-α阳性率逐渐升高,各组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);被动吸烟2个月组的大鼠TNF-α阳性细胞数为(37.57±3.42),明显高于被动吸烟1个月组和不吸烟组,且各组两两比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论吸烟可引起脑组织中TNF-α表达增高,吸烟时间越长,TNF-α表达越多,进而加重血管炎性反应,增加脑血管疾病的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of smoking on tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha) rats' brain tissue.METHODS 48 Wister rats were randomly divided into three groups,non-smoking group(group A),passive smoking for one month(group B),passive smoking for two months(group C).Comparatively observed TNF-α expression in rat brain tissue by immunohistochemical methods.RESULTS The positive rate of TNF-α was 6.25% in non-smoking group,which in group B was 56.25% and 81.25% in group C.With the smoking time extended,TNF-α positive ratio increased,the difference in these groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05) ;positive cell count of rat TNF-α was 37.57 ± 3.42 in group C,significantly higher than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant in each group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Smoking can cause increased expression of TNF-α in brain tissue.The longer smoking time has,the more expression of TNF-alpha shows,thereby aggravating the vascular inflammatory response and increasing the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease.
