摘 要:目的探讨CT检查对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性总结2009年1月~2011年12月,在某院行CT检查,并且经过病理证实的甲状腺肿瘤病例500例,探讨CT诊断的表现及准确率。结果甲状腺瘤CT诊断准确率99.01%,甲状腺癌CT诊断准确率100%,结节性甲状腺肿诊断准确率97.19%。甲状腺良性肿瘤CT多表现为圆形或类圆形肿物,密度均匀,边界清楚,有完整包膜,与周围组织无明显浸润,增强扫描轻或中度强化,甲状腺癌多呈不规则形,密度不均一,常有囊变坏死,边界不清,无完整包膜,常常侵蚀周围组织,或有淋巴结转移,强化扫描环形或者不均一强化。结论 CT可以通过肿瘤的密度、轮廓、是否有钙化、以及边界、与周围组织的关系等进行综合分析来判断肿瘤的性质。OBJECTIVE To investigate the CT scan diagnosis value in thyroid tumors. METHODS Retrospectively analyzed 500 cases from January 2009 to December 2011, which were scanned by CT and confirmed by pathology in our hospital, investigated the performance and accuracy of CT diagnosis. RESULTS The accuracy rate of CT for thyroid tumor, thyroid cancer, nodular goiter diagnostic were 99.01%, 100% and 97.19% respectively. Performance of benign thyroid tumor was a round or o- val mass, uniform density, clear boundary, there was a complete capsule, no significant iniVfltration of the surrounding tissue, and enhanced scanning with lightly or moderately enhanced. While thyroid cancer showed irregular shaped, inhomogeneous density, necrotic, ill-defined boundary, incomplete capsule, common erosion of the surrounding tissue or lymph node metas- tasis, enhanced scanning with ring or uneven strengthened. CONCLUSION CT could diagnose thyroid tumor through comprehensive analysis like density, contour, whether calcification, boundary, and relationship between tumor and surrounding tissue to determine the nature of the tumor.
