摘  要:随着在华子公司在跨国公司全球网络中的战略地位日益重要,在华子公司之间的绩效差异逐渐成为学界和业界关注的焦点。以子公司的自主权为切入点,研究子公司的战略地位、文化距离对自主权以及子公司战略目标的实现存在何种影响。通过对132家跨国公司在华子公司进行实证研究,表明自主权在文化距离与子公司战略目标实现之间发挥完全中介作用,在子公司战略地位与战略目标实现之间发挥部分中介作用;子公司的战略地位对自主权以及战略目标的实现都存在显著正向影响,自主权与战略目标实现之间也存在显著正向关系;文化距离与自主权之间存在显著正向关系,文化距离与战略目标实现之间的负相关关系并不显著。As the strategic position of Chinese subsidiaries getting more and more important in the global subsid- iary network, the performance difference has become the focus of both the academic and practical field. This pa- per attuned to subsidiary autonomy, studying the influence of strategic position and culture distance on autonomy and the attainment of strategic objective. 132 Chinese subsidiaries were surveyed in the empirical research, it was showed: Subsidiary autonomy played an mediating role between culture distance/strategic position and the attain- ment of strategic objective; there were significant positive influences on the subsidiary autonomy and the attain- ment of strategic objective from subsidiaries' strategic position; there was also significant positive relationship be- tween subsidiary autonomy and the attainment of strategic objective. However, the negative relationship between culture distance and subsidiary autonomy was not testified, a significant positive relationship was turned out; there was also no significant negative relationship between culture distance and the attainment of strategic objective
