摘  要:为了研究电四极透镜中强流脉冲束的传输,用矩阵法分析非强流脉冲束流与强流脉冲束流在电四极透镜中的传输矩阵,编写了束流在电四极透镜等元件中传输的计算程序。采用优化方法实现给定的光学条件,用迭代方法计算强流束传输获得自洽解。在不同束流流强条件下,该程序与其它程序进行了模拟计算,并对模拟结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:束流流强越大,空间电荷力越强,非自洽解与自洽解的偏差越大。To study intense beam transfer in electrostatic quadrupole,the matrix method was applied to analyze the transport matrixes in electrostatic quadrupole of non-intense beam and intense beam respectively,and a computer code was written for the pulsed beam transporting in electrostatic quadrupole.Optimization techniques were used to solve for the given optical conditions and iteration procedures were adopted to obtain self-consistent solutions in this computer code.The calculations were made by using the code and other codes under the condition of different beam currents,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed.The results show that the more intense the beam current,the more powerful the space-charge effect and the greater the deviation of non-self-consistent solution and self-consistent solution.
