不同颜色沙棘果中微量元素的含量比较

摘　　要：采用ICP-MS检测了青海产4种不同颜色沙棘果果汁中的微量元素含量,并进行了比较分析。实验结果表明,沙棘果汁中微量元素Fe含量较高,不同颜色沙棘果果汁中微量元素含量存在差异,桔黄色沙棘果果汁中的微量元素总量和重金属总量均较高。方法简便快速,结果准确可靠。The contents of trace elements in the seabuckthorn fruit juices of four different colors from Qinghai were analyzed by ICP-MS, and the results were compared and analyzed. The results indicated that Fe had relatively higher amounts. There are differences among the contents of trace elements in the different colors seabuckthorn fruit juices. The total amounts of trace elements and heavy metals in the orange seabuckthorn fruit juice are high. The experimental method is simple,rapid with accurate and reliable results.
