摘　　要：介绍了在无线应用中的两种 Si Ge器件工艺 :低压 IC电路和高压分立功率器件工艺。给出了器件的关键参数 。This article reviewed the technologies of two SiGe devices for wireless applications:a low voltage IC process and a high voltage discrete power device process,including the key figures of the process.The effection of the parameters on the circuits such as PAs and RF front ends is discussed.
