摘  要:加强实践能力的培养是新时期对高等教育的要求。经过多年的探索与实践,南京人口管理干部学院统计学教学团队建立起了一套包括课程实践教学、科研能力训练、社会实践、毕业论文训练、素质拓展等五个模块的实践教学体系,并构建了较为科学的实践教学管理和评价体系,有效地提升了学生的实践创新能力。This is the new era's requirement for higher education to enhance the practice ability cultivation. After many years' ex- ploration and practice, the statistics teaching team of Nanjing College for Population Program Management has built a set of practice education system including five parts: curriculum prac- tice teaching, scientific research training, social practice, gradua- tion project, quality's development. Otherwise, a scientific prac- tice teaching management system and appraisal system have been built. Through this way, the practical ability and creative power of the students have been significantly improved.
