株洲市大型企业中青年职工不同岗位群体参与休闲体育活动对比分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和统计法,对株洲电力机车厂及时代集团两个大型企业的1 210名中青年职工进行分层抽样调查,研究了管理人员、技术人员、工人三个不同岗位群体,参与休闲体育活动的动机、项目、频数、时段、同伴及场所六项指标,研究表明:工人休闲体育运动的频数最高,趋向于选择运动强度大的球类项目,喜欢到收费场所体育场所锻炼的人数最多。管理人员参与体育活动的时段最不确定、强度也小,同时他们参与休闲体育活动的过程中,喜欢与他人交流,选择的场地离家近。技术人员喜欢在晚上和清晨两个时间段,单独参加休闲体育活动,并力求达到健美减肥的目的。By means of literature review,Interview method,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,this paper stratifies and investigates 1210 middle-aged and young workers of electric power locomotive works and time in large enterprises of Zhuzhou at random.It studies three different post groups,which include managers,technicians and labor,it also researches six indexes： the motivation,project,frequency,period,companion and place of attending leisure sporting activities.Conclusions： 1.Workers have the highest frequency of taking part in leisure sporting activities and they have the maximum quantities of going to charged sporting location to attend exercises,they also tend to choose those items which have heavy sporting load.It may have something to do with their requirement for high physical agility in their daily work.2.Technicians prefer to attend industrial sports in morning and they hope to arrive the aim of body building and weight losing.3.Managers have less assured time of attending sports and they only have small exercise intensity,meanwhile,they like to communicate with others when they do sports.
