摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对中国高校普通运动队的基本现状进行了分析研究,旨在找出在认识、管理和队伍建设上存在的主要问题,探索高校普通运动队伍建设和发展对策,以引起有关部门和相关专业人士的重视和关注,为促进高校体育运动队建设和发展提供参考。This article has studied the current situations of sports ordinary teams in the regular higher schools through the investigation by using literature,questionnaire and statistics methods.The main purpose is not only to find some existing problems in the realization,management and team construction but also to probe some development countermeasures.Meanwhile,we hope that some related departments and specialized personages can attach importance to them so as to give some references to the construction and development of the sport teams in the regular higher schools.
