海南高尔夫运动的发展策略——对《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》的解读

摘　　要：《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》中共有三次提及了高尔夫运动,这表明国家非常重视海南国际旅游岛建设中发展高尔夫运动所带来的积极作用。在研读意见后,分析了海南发展高尔夫运动的得天独厚优势,并认为从意见至少可以得到三个方面的启示:一是科学合理地发展高尔夫运动;二是培育竞争有序的高尔夫用品市场;三是建立高尔夫产业链。Suggestions about Promoting the Construction of Hainan International Tourism Island by the State Council indicates golf activities three times,which shows that China pays much attention to the active influences of the development of golf on the construction of International Tourism Island in Hainan.The paper analyses the unique advantages for the development of golf activities in Hainan and points out three enlightenments on the basis of the Suggestions,which are the scientific and reasonable development of golf,cultivating a golf products market system with orderly competition and constructing a golf industry chain.
