高校户外运动课程安全教育与安全保障体系构建

摘　　要：随着"安全科学"的不断发展,人们对安全的重视和认识也提高到一个新的水平。研究针对高校安全教育,以户外运动为对象,探讨其中安全教育的价值,并对高校户外运动安全保障体系进行了构建,该体系由户外运动安全教育、户外运动监督预警、户外运动应急救护和户外运动政法责究4个子系统相互联系组成。with the continual development of ＇Safety Science＇,people＇s attentions and awareness of security have raised to a new level.taking outdoor sport as an object,the research aims at college safety education,probes into the value of safety education and constructs the safety guarantee system of college outdoor sport.This system is composed of by 4 interrelated subsystems,i.e.,outdoor sport education,outdoor security monitoring,emergency rescue and legal and administrative responsibility affixing of outdoor sport.
