摘  要:为了客观全面地评价产品几何可行的拆卸系列,在分析影响拆卸序列质量的评价指标之后,提出了采用客观自适应的熵权法,根据评价指标值的差异程度来判断各个指标的信息量,进而确定各评价指标在评价中所占的权重,形成基于信息熵的产品拆卸序列综合评价方法。该评价方法不仅给出最优结果,还给出了各指标的客观权重,设计者可以据此有针对性地改进产品相关设计或规划拆卸资源,从而获得最佳的拆卸序列。最后,以某型号空调室外机9种优化拆卸序列为例,验证了该方法的有效性。In order to assess disassembly sequences of products simply and effectively, after analyzing the evaluation index which influencing the quality of the disassembly sequence, we present the objective adaptive entropy way, which judge information according to the difference of the evaluation indexes, and get the importance of each evaluation index in the comprehensive assessment of the project ( i. e. weight of indexes). So we in turn get the comprehensive evaluation method which is based on the product disassembly sequences of information entropy . This method not only offers the optimal result, but also provides the objective weight of each index. So that the designers can either improve the relative devises or plan the resource of disassembly. Thereby we can get the best disassembly sequences. At last, taking the example of the 9 kinds of optimal disassembly sequence of a certain type outdoor air conditioningls mainframe, we can verify the availability of this method.
