摘　　要：本文构建了基于具有服务水平约束和提前期可控的一个供应商对多个零售商的订货提前期优化模型,并且在模型中通过压缩订货成本的方式来再次降低总成本,在实现供应链总成本最小的基础上寻找企业的最佳订货提前期,最优订货批量和最优单位订货成本,并对模型进行了算例分析。The text established an optimized model for ordering lead-time,the model should build on basis of the level of service,lead time controlled and one supplier and multi-retailer.Through compressing ordering cost reduced total cost of supply chain again in model.You can find the optimal order lead time,the optimal quantities and optimal unit costs on the bases of the smallest total cost.And to model made analysis on calculation case.
