摘 要:[目的]分析康定橐吾全草挥发油成分及检测其抑菌生物活性,为康定橐吾的开发利用提供理论依据。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取康定橐吾全草的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析挥发油成分,同时采用MTT法研究抑菌活性。[结果]共鉴定出30个化合物,占总挥发油的79.61%;康定橐吾全草挥发油中的主要成分为β-桉叶烯、佛术烯、吉马烯B、4-亚甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-二环[3.1.0]–己烷-3-醇乙酸酯、β-榄香烯和3-甲基戊酸等。该挥发油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均显示出一定的抑菌活性。[结论]试验首次对康定橐吾的挥发油化学成分及抑菌生物活性进行研究,方法准确可靠,简便快捷,可用于康定橐吾挥发油的化学成分及抗菌活性的研究。[Objective] To analyze the constituents and determine the biological activities of volatile oils from Ligularia kangtingensis,and provide a theoretical basis for utilization and development of L.kangtingensis.[Methods] The volatile oils were obtained by steam distillation,and its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.Antibacterial activities of the volatile oils were screened by MTT colorimetric assay.[Results] Thirty compounds were identified,making up 79.61% of the total contents,including β-selinene,eremophilene,germacrene B,4-methylene-1-(1-methylethyl)-bicyclohexan-3-ol,acetate,β-elemene and 3-methylvaleric acid.The volatile oils showed moderate capability in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.[Conclusion] The volatile oils of L.kangtingensis and its biological activities were reported for the first time.The method is accurate,reliable,simple and rapid,which is suitable for studying chemical constituents of L.kangtingensis.
