医学院校大学生焦虑、抑郁与自杀意念相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解医学院校大学生焦虑、抑郁与自杀意念的发生率,探讨焦虑、抑郁与自杀意念的相关性。方法应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、自杀意念自评量表,采取分层整群抽样方法抽取新乡医学院在校大学生1 372人进行调查。结果医学院校大学生焦虑、抑郁、自杀意念的发生率分别为38.99%、50.07%、8.02%。焦虑与抑郁、自杀意念及其各因子呈显著正相关(r=0.246～0.517,P<0.01);抑郁与自杀意念及其各因子呈显著正相关(r=0.246～0.517,P<0.01)。结论医学院校大学生焦虑、抑郁的发生率较高,且焦虑、抑郁均与自杀意念有一定的相关性,应采取必要的措施对医学院校大学生的心理问题进行早期干预。Objective To investigate the incidence of anxiety, depression and suicide idea among medical college students and explore their correlations. Methods One thousand three hundred and seventy-two undergraduates from Grade 1 to Grade 4 of Xinxiang Medical College were selected hy stratified cluster sampling method and were measured by self rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale and self-rating idea of suicide scale. Results The incidence of anxiety, depression and suicide ideation was 38.99% ,50.07% and 8.02% respectively among medical students. Anxiety was significantly posi- tively related to depression and suicide idea and its each factor（ r = 0. 246 - 0. 517 ,P 〈 0.01 ） ; depression was significantly positively related to suicide idea and its each factor（r = 0.246 - 0.517,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression are high among medical students;anxiety and depression are positively related to suicide idea,and necessary inter- vening measure should be taken to medical colleges to intervene the psychological problems early.
