摘　　要：目的观察针刺辅助治疗急性粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,均予常规保守治疗,治疗组加用针刺辅助治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者在腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、排气恢复时间、X线站立位腹部平片气液平面消失时间等方面均具有显著性差异。结论针刺辅助治疗急性粘连性肠梗阻疗效确切。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on acute adhesive intestinal obstruction. Method： Patients were randomly divided into two groups.all patients were treated with standardized medical treatment.In treatment group,acupuncture were used. The treatment effect of two groups were observed. Results： The time for abdominal pain relief,for abdominal distension relief,for defecation,for disapperance of fluid level on standing position X-ray film had a, significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Acupuncture has definite therapeutic effect on ACUTE adhesive intestinal obstruction.
